PLANT MELILOT – ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY HONEY

Abstract. The article presents the results of the analysis of the study of the question on the culture of melilot as a honey plant, the state, prospects and ways of development of organic beekeeping in the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the world experience of leading honey producers. The results of joint research on the effectiveness of melilot as a honey plant of scientists of the Research laboratory of agricultural Innovations of Kokshetau state University are pre- sented. Sh. Ualikhanov, North Kazakhstan research Institute of agriculture and S. Seifullin Kazakh AgroTechnical Uni- versity. A comparative assessment of nectar productivity of the main cultivated agricultural honey crops in comparison with the culture of melilot is given.
