RESEARCH STUDY ON YAK BRUCELLOSIS AND ITS CAUSATIVE AGENTS*

Abstract. This article deals with research study on yak brucellosis and its causative agents.

INTRODUCTION
Brucellosis is widespread in many parts of the world, such as the Mediterranean Sea, North, South Africa, and Asian developing countries [1, 3]. In 1935, diagnosis of cow brucellosis was diagnosed with serological studies in Mongolia, and since then Mongolia has been studying the brucellosis infection [1, 2, 9]. The brucellosis of yak is caused by either B. abortus or B. melintensis depending on the type of herd. The Government of Mongolia received a comprehensive survey on the countrywide surveillance in 2011, covering 337 soums of Umnugovi aimag, 1107 bags in 21 aimags, and 16,727 livestock in 11723 households (camels 10937, cattle 36318, sheep 59946, sheep 59946 and goats 60826) % and 1.55 % of bracts were confirmed with brucellosis [2]
MATERIALS AND METHODS

1. 
   Serology:
   

The samples were taken from samples of blood serum and microbiological samples from 985 yak which showed clinical signs of abortion, dehydration, and defect in some soums in Arkhangai aimag. Brucellosis detection and confirmation of serum tests were used in the RNA test (RBT), Enzyme allergic antibody reactions (ELISA-VLA, UK), Acid Reflux (RNA). [9].

2. 
   Bacteriology:
   

The survey covered 284 yak (uterus swabs, milk, blood) collecting biological specimens and selecting cultured cultured brucellines for culture (CITA) in microbiological studies [4, 6]. The colonies of brucellae-like cultures of bru- cellae-like colonies, size, color, and bacterial pigmentation are commonly used in culturally-based cultures in cultured paint medium (Thioin and Fuxin), Phage (WB, Tb, Iz RC) checked for food, and for specific A and M positive sero- types [6, 8].

3. 
   Molecular biology:
   

Determination of genome DNA from phenol-chlorphosphate was determined by the brucellosis as a brucellosis in bacteriology and determined by the Bruce-LADDER Polymerase chain reaction [5, 10].

4. 
   Pathology:
   

Samples of pulmonary organs and lungs and lymph nodes were carried out for the micro-organizational study after a multidisciplinary observation and measurement of the slaughtered yak killed analytical protocol. Samples were buffered, 10 % formulated, dehydrated, diaphragm, and impregnated with hemoptoxyline-eosin and performed micros- copy.
