As we know, pandemic period with Covid-19 has changed our life dramatically and made people to work and study online for keeping them healthy. Over the last two years, distance learning preferred by most people as its development increases the flexibility and convenience, makes more good at time controlling and creates opportunities to interact globally.
Nowadays, online education is becoming more trendy not only for extra learning, but also higher education institutions are choosing to add this system of learning to theirs. Online learning is done by trough the Internet and with high quality and upgraded technologies, it is being more easier. By this way, students can be more flexible and It makes some conveniences to them. One of them is, they can create their own schedule for learning and it creates more opportunities to get extra lessons according to their free time. In a traditional way, all schedules are already set by the school or university and students have no any power to change them. Another advantage is, when a student has some misunderstandings after the lesson, he or she can watch the recorded lesson again one more time to get the full knowledge of this lesson, but in a traditional way, even sometimes they can not ask to teach them again, because the every lesson`s time is limited. Many students who are going to distance learning found that it also help to get more conveniences and manage their time properly.
Usually, students spend about 2 hours for going institution and coming back and these 2 hours are equal to almost 3 lessons in school and 1 lecture in university. But, the online learning never asks to go somewhere or come back, it just requires internet and device without leaving home. In this way, students can save their valuable time and spend it on extra lessons to get more knowledge. Again, teachers or professors can keep the students in one time which they are choosing according to their timetable. To be more precise, there are any time to waste and instructors never try to collect students from the outside or corridor. Meanwhile, students have access to get feedbacks from their instructor (personalized) and it leads them to perform more better. In one word, they will save their time and spend it on other crucial things.
Not many people or students can travel over the world and learn other cultures, but online learning also creates this opportunity virtually. According to Community college of AURORA, by joining to online education, students can get access to interact globally with their peers and discover new cultures for themselves without any barriers. People will be more sensitive and fit for different cultures. As a result, it leads to a good collaboration and makes a friendship between different nations.
To conclude, online education increases the potential of learning and provides students with a high quality knowledge and improves students` performing and skills in one time. It is being more trendy in our modern world as it increases students` flexibility, creates more opportunities in terms of time and opens a new door for discovering new cultures. I want to say that nowadays, for getting knowledge or earning a degree never requires a certain location and time.
