Women issues concerning activeness and education

There are many organizations in the world which deal with the female issues as gender role, social equality, education, health and etc. Among these, female education is still the number one issue which is the pain in some communities.

Despite great attempts in achieving gender equality in all aspects of life in some cultures religious restrictions impact negatively on women’s activeness. One of the major challenges facing with girls is early marriage forced by parents. It is important admittedly to respect and obey elderly in Asian families, however, as being a mother and housewife requires substantial knowledge and skills, a young lady should be both mentally and physically prepared for marriage. As for the UNICEF (2016) statistics, over 700 million female were married today when they were under 18 and 250 million were married before they were 15. These are shocking numbers, but the fact. It is clear that early marriage begets incomplete education problems and young girls can’t continue her future education. Some families have still old traditional views about girls’ education, and it is the big reason for the restriction of the activeness of the female in society.

Motivation female students to continue their high education prevent early marriage problems .It can be done with the support of special consulting centers, clubs, female schools for the high and further education. Also, organizing international conferences, trainings are effective for the developing women’s role and rights in society.

In conclusion, women health, activeness and rights are the most important factors of the social developments. Because advanced society can’t be perfect without educated, healthy women which means healthy generation.

Why ESP teaching is important at colleges?
The ESP (English for Specific Purposes) differs from the general or academic English teaching. Colleges which have got the different field of study as medicine, transportation, communication technologies, and oil and gas industry based on the special English language teaching. Because, the students should acquire the knowledge of the future vocational profession from the college education. But, there are still different problems dealing with ESP teaching in our country.

The lack of ESP teaching course books and materials, sources is the main problem which we face now. For example, the student who is studying at the Medical College should learn more medical terminologies, communicational skills, dialogues in English. But they don’t have enough course books. Teachers try to make up plans as for the governmental educational decrees and adapt the information as for the level of the learners. But, it is much difficult and time consuming.

Another problem is a low interest of the college learners for the language learning. As well as learning professional studies, English language learning must be on the first places at college. Teaching process must be interesting, authentic practice based, communicative approach based. The learners should feel the importance of the language for their future higher education. Because, in the modern world, without knowing language good specialists can’t work well and be perfect professional.

ESP teaching has different frames, syllable for the different colleges. For this purposes, opening Teacher Development centers and resource centers are good ideas. Because, different teachers share idea and experiences with other local teachers and improve their methodology and teaching skills.

Also, Cooperative working with international overseas institutes, colleges, and educational centers can bring good result and an impact on our education system. Because, comparing, learning, and using the learnt new methods in practice are essential for our future language teaching development.

In sum up, ESP teaching must be developed as much as possible. Because, specific English teaching requires special source and methodology. Just it depends on our activeness, efforts and eagerness for the teaching effectively.
