What Makes You So Different?
Recently, I was posed this question by one of my subscribers, and let me tell you, when someone asks this question of you (and they will), you’ve got to have a REALLY good answer.
For me, the answer is simple.
I’m one of the few people who actually do what I teach.
Meaning – I own a real home-based business that puts $7,000.00 to $10,000.00 into my bank account each month, by selling real products to real people on a daily basis.
That means that I’m MORE than qualified to show you how to do the same.
As a result of my unique qualifications, I’ve been able to enter the HUGE market of home-based business and internet marketing – and carve out a very nice niche for myself.
So, the question you’ve got to ask yourself is this:

Another Automatic Income Success Story

Include 3-7 bullet points that tease some of the information she’ll be giving the prospect, as soon as they give her their name and email address.
By including several bullet points, it gives us multiple opportunities to hit specific hot buttons of the prospect who’s viewing the page.
You see, we don’t always know what our prospects “real” motivation is for coming to our site.
But, by using multiple bullet points, it drastically increases our odds that we’ll hit on one of their hot buttons.
Here’s the good news – we only need to hit on ONE hot button in order to get the prospect to take the action we want, which is to give us their contact information. And, if we happen to hit multiple hot buttons, that’s even better.

During the private consultation with Valerie, I gave her some suggestions for improving her project. I’m happy to report that as I returned to her website while writing this newsletter, she has made some of the changes I suggested.

Congratulations Valerie, For Taking Quick, Decisive Action
This brings up an important point.
Many folks, when handed step-by-step instructions, and told precisely what they need to do in order to start making money, for whatever reason, will not take action.
If you’ve been a newsletter subscriber for any length of time, you know that I’m a member of Matt Furey’s Mastermind Group.

With that said, let’s take a look at the results Valerie has had with her Automatic Income project.

As you can see by these numbers, Valerie is doing VERY well.
When we had the private consultation, Valerie told me that she’d written a 208 page book that was titled, Your Simple Guide To Starting A Salon Or Spa.
This was the product that she’s been selling up until this point.
She had 3 different versions of the product, at 3 different price points.
I gave Valerie some great strategies for making a whole lot more money, and doing it REALLY fast.
I’ll share some of those strategies with you here, as well as offer some additional strategies.

1. Immediately increase the price of the mail out versions of the product.


2. Don’t call the product a book, instead, call it a home study course
3. Give the product a really compelling name – something like, How To Start Your Own Salon Or Spa,

So You Make More Money In A Month Than You Currently Make All Year


4. Communicate with subscribers on a weekly basis (this is a minimum)
5. Offer a coaching program for $297.00 a month.

To date, Valerie has sold 58 copies of her book.


She also has 5,000 subscribers who have opted in to her email list.
That means that she has 58 people who are PRIME candidates for an ongoing coaching program. She also has 5,000 subscribers, that when presented with the right offer, would be interested in a coaching program.
Valerie could probably offer her home study course for FREE, in order to entice her subscribers to join her coaching program.

Imagine what it would be like, if Valerie had 10-20 people who took her up on the offer of a coaching program for salon and spa owners.


That’s an immediate $2,970.00 to $5,940.00 increase in monthly income.
You see, she’s already got the bulk of the work done, and she’s making money.
Now that she’s got the momentum going, it’s easy to capitalize on that momentum, and start putting some SERIOUS dollars into your bank account each month.

The Personal Letter I Received From Donald Trump

The other day, I got a letter from Donald Trump, that was personally addressed to me.


Here – take a peek for yourself…

As you can tell, this particular piece of mail is obviously a marketing campaign, but even at that, it caught my eye, and made me want to know more.


One of the biggest challenges in marketing is getting your sales message read.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re contacting your prospects via the internet, television, newspaper, radio, or as in this case via the United States Postal Service.
Your #1 goal is to get your message READ!

You see, most people make the mistake of thinking, “Because I sent an email to my subscribers, and they asked to hear from me, they’ll read and respond to what I have to say”.
I’m here to tell you that this ain’t true at all.
The fact is, people are busy, and even though they may have opted into your subscriber list, you are NOT at the top of their minds, nor are you the most important thing that’s going on in their lives.
I’ll take this one step further and say this – If you fail to keep your subscribers informed (as well as entertained), they ain’t gonna stick with you for long.
But, on the other hand, when you’re able to master this task, you’ll have a loyal following of subscribers that will anxiously await to hear from you again, and jump at the opportunity to buy from you.

Alright, let’s get back to the letter that Donald Trump sent me.


We all know that this letter is obviously a marketing piece. But make no bones about it, even though I immediately recognized it as such, I wasn’t about to throw it away.
My guess is the hardly anyone else would either.
Why?
Because – even if the recipient is a pretty smart cookie, and realized that this letter is a piece of marketing material, it’s caught their attention.
Afterall, it’s from DONALD TRUMP!
How could you possibly throw this piece of mail away without at least opening it to see what was inside.
You couldn’t.
And me, being the marketing junkie that I am, took it into my office and carefully opened it with a letter opener, so I’d be sure not to damage it in any way.
I knew that I’d be saving this particular document to my swipe file for future reference, and I wanted to keep it in the best condition possible.

This brings up yet another point.
You too need to be keeping a swipe file of all the great marketing materials that you come across. Doesn’t matter whether you find them on the internet, in your mailbox, in a newspaper or in a magazine.
Save ALL of them.
I currently have a HUGE swipe file, which I’ve spent several years building, and let me tell you, it’s one of the most valuable assets in my business – and ranks right up there next to my subscriber and client database.
Whenever I’m working on a new promotion, I’m able to go to this swipe file and immediately find tons of tested and proven examples that I can emulate. Talk about powerful.
Alright, with that said, let’s take a look at what the Donald sent me:



Holy Cow – It Was A Personal Invitation From The Donald
Nevermind the fact that this mailing piece was probably being sent to thousands and thousands of people in the Seattle area (and I knew it), this baby caught my eye.
So what so I do? I open the invitation so I could find out what this was all about.

Let’s take a look at what makes this marketing piece (invitation) so brilliant.


  1. The letter begins by talking about how I was referred to Mr. Trump – Now keep in mind, I know that I wasn’t referred to him by anyone, but it sure does sound good. The average Joe is going to be thinking to themselves, “Who in the heck would’ve referred ME to Donald Trump?”




  1. He tells me that he’s going to show me many of his wealth creating secrets. The ones he learned the hard way, fighting “in the streets” in order to get to the top. Everyone’s heard about how Donald went bust a few years back. Many thought he’d never recover. Yet today, he’s back, and he’s BIGGER than ever. And make no doubt about it, people WANT to know how he did it.




  1. He also says that the information revealed at this event has NEVER been revealed in ANY of his previous books, tapes or manuals before. This is ALL NEW material that I can’t get anywhere else.




  1. He lets us know that seating is limited – so we’d better claim our spot NOW.




  1. He ends the invitation with a powerful P.S. that references the enclosed tickets for us (and a friend), tells us about a free gift that we’ll receive when we attend the event and tells us how to claim our seat.



And that’s not all…


  1. When we turn to the back side of this invitation (which is reprinted for you on the next page), we see yet another call to action, telling us precisely how to respond.




  1. We also see the specific dates, locations and times that this “by invitation only” event will be held.




  1. He insinuates that a lot of people will be responding, and we could miss out on this opportunity if we don’t respond now. Near the bottom we see these words – “If the number is busy, please try again”. Kinda makes one think that we better jump on this opportunity – and do it PRONTO.




  1. There’s two tickets enclosed – AND – they’re individually numbered. Once again, nevermind the fact that everyone who received this mailing probably got tickets that were numbered 1171 and 1172. This is an added touch that personalizes the invitation and makes the recipient feel special.

One of the BIG things that Donald Trump is known for is making a fortune in real estate. The fact is, he’s made millions doing what he does.


And while he doesn’t come right out and say it in this marketing piece, he could have very easily done so, and in the process, blown all of his competition out of the water.
What am I talking about?
I’m talking about setting yourself apart, which is one of the BIG strategies I teach you in the Automatic Income System. Your goal, in setting yourself apart from your competition is to position YOU as the BEST option that your prospect has, while simultaneously discounting all of your competitors.

For example:
When it comes to making money on the internet, or in a home-based business of your own, there are plenty of people who proclaim themselves as an expert.
Each one of these self proclaimed experts has information to offer, and will be more than happy to give it to you in exchange for a price.
And make no mistake about it, the “how to make money” market is HUGE.
Up until a couple of years ago, I was a virtual unknown in this particular market.
So, how did I go from being a virtual unknown, to now being the proud owner of a thriving business in this market?
Simple – I set myself apart from all of my competitors.
You see, I’m one of a small handful of people who actually has hands-on, in the trenches, tested and proven experience in running a REAL home-based business. Afterall, I’ve been running the GetMoldSolutions website for almost 7 years now.
And as such, I have unique qualifications that NONE of these “self proclaimed experts” can offer.

In Donald Trump’s case, he too has unique experience that none of the other self proclaimed real estate gurus can compete with. Like I mentioned earlier, almost everyone in America knew that he went bust a few years ago, yet now he’s recovered, and he’s back bigger than ever.
Not only that, he does some HUGE real estate deals. For crying out loud, the guy is known for his big real estate deals.
This gives him one heck of an edge.
And should he want to use it, he could easily capitalize on this edge in his marketing materials.
