Subject: Memorial Tribute for Tracy Stack

Dear Kathy,

I am writing on behalf of the Westmoreland County Parks & Recreation Alliance to inform you that we have planted Memorial Red Oak trees in 9 different parks throughout Westmoreland County. We will also install Memorial Brick Pavers adjacent to the trees.

Parks were selected where Tracy played a key development role – serving as our Regional Advisor. Over the years Tracy has done so much to develop the park system throughout Westmoreland County. She was very active in our Alliance and attended our meetings on a regular basis. Tracy also, for many years, was kind enough to make special trips to Latrobe to conduct DCNR Grant Workshops for our County Alliance and guests. She always made us feel special and commended the work we did as individuals, departments and as a County organization.

The following is a list of Parks where the Memorial Red Oak Trees and Pavers were planted and placed:

As soon as the spring weather arrives and the trees are in bloom, photos will be taken at each Park. We also would like to invite you, DCNR staff and Tracy’s Family to visit in the spring and tour each of the Parks.
