Thankfully, we live in a country where values ​​are snowballed. Due to the moral upbringing of Uzbek families, children have a special respect for the person of the Teacher. Accordingly, I think that our teachers are worthy in terms of scientific potential and pedagogical skills.
As the saying goes, Every good thing is a bad thing, in most cases, as a result of the humility and special kindness we mentioned above, it is natural for a GOLDEN WALL to appear between teacher and student. On the one hand, it is good, because where there is order, there will be results. However, some aspects of modern pedagogy contradict this view. When a student does not feel close to the teacher, when he is not able to communicate freely with his teacher about the processes taking place in his life, he needs a colleague who can talk to him directly and sincerely. Rather than cross the GOLDEN WALL between him and his teacher, he prefers to approach the DONOs who are ready to talk to him for hours on the street. Eventually, as you might have guessed, serious flaws in his upbringing and behavior will begin to emerge. This is a very sad situation ...
So what to do? Should the GOLDEN WALL be demolished? No. Let us open one large door from the center of the wall, so that this wall remains in place. Let's open the door so that the door leads us straight to the heart of the reader. So that when the student needs a real helper, he should run to that door, not to the street. Believe me, each of us can do it.

Specific methodologies can be developed only on the basis of general didactics and its theoretical generalizations. At the same time, the didactic laws applied to each specific subject are enriched by the specificity of the experience of teaching the subject, specify the general aspects, reflect the universal aspects of teaching in each specificity. I would also like to see the participation of teachers in competitions organized by educational publications. Such competitions are open to all. Some teachers say that the knowledge contest, the success of a few students in science olympiads, and so on, will deprive others of the master. Fair, public, non-corrupt competitions between students and teachers organized in educational magazines and newspapers on a quarterly or year-round basis prevent such conflicts. Under the pretext of participating in the competition, the teacher reads newspapers, magazines and books. Get to know the work of many talented people. New ideas and thoughts are born. The incentives provided by the editors give them strength.
Some teachers complain that they can't get a master's degree because they don't have the skills to write an article. I think that no matter what science teacher you are, a teacher should be able to express his or her opinion in writing. I don’t think it will be difficult for a skilled teacher to easily and clearly explain an up-to-date educational article or the effective methods he or she uses in the classroom. We educators write only about education. No one asks us for an article on how to treat a patient.

Dear students! We are also future teachers. Therefore, we need to make the most of the time given to us and strive to become a perfect teacher. After all, our rapidly growing education system is full of imperfect and uneducated educators who are waiting for their monthly salary more than tomorrow's lesson.⁵
