The results: before the training was established we asked trainees to 
evaluate their skills on problem solving process and in 2 weeks of training time 
we asked them to evaluate their skills again. Subjectively as a trainer and from 
the reflection of their questioners we could see that their ability is improved 
dramatically – 74% unsatisfactory, 21% satisfactory and 5% as good were on 
the first survey, and non unsatisfactory, 54% satisfactory, 36% good and 10% 
excellent were on the second one. There were evaluated several parts of the 
consultation on the questioner (greating of the teen, barriers, body language and 
so on.).
They have met those teen patients on their practice but ignored them. 
Ignoring the problem do not help either doctors no patients. After learning they 
can improve their consultation skills and teens would be happier. On the other 
hand competence on consulting of patients gives self-satisfaction from the job 
for the GPs.
Conclusions: Consultation of the smoker teen patient develops of 
following three basic stages: reception of necessary data on the patient, 
strengthening of relations with the patient and maintenance of the patient with 
necessary data on its illness, about an inspection and treatment course, its belief 
to refuse bad habits and to conduct a healthy way of life. Hence, effective 
consultation is an integration of knowledge, clinical skills, skills of dialogue and 
a solution of a problem of the patient that defines level of competence, 
professionalism of the doctor and an outcome of consultation concerning any 
problem of the teen patient.
