Dear Mr.Muhammed
I am to complain about the inadequate unsatisfactory service I received fran one of your service centers.
On August 12th, I dropped my car Spark at one of your service centers for inspection and maintence. upon receiving tip car, I noticed that your team failed to rectify of tip car problems I have earlier reported. Not only that but: the engine stops working in every 4 hour
I wonder if this is standard practice at your shops or this is the usual feedbak you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request you to fix it up
I hope that will be to find a satisfactory solution very fast.
