PRACTICAL EMPLOYMENT AT THE PSYCHIATRY COURSE

Relevance
.
Interactive methods of teaching are one of the most important 
means of improving the professional training of students in higher education. 
Compared with the traditional forms of conducting classes, interactive teaching 
changes the interaction of the teacher and the learner: the activity of the teacher 
gives way to the activity of the trainees, and the teacher's task is to create 
conditions for their initiative. In the course of interactive learning, students learn to 
think critically, solve complex problems based on analysis of circumstances and 
relevant information, weigh alternative opinions, make thoughtful decisions, 
participate in discussions, and communicate with others.
 
The purpose of the research
is to conduct a comparative method of 
researching innovative pedagogical technologies among students.
Material and methods of investigation
.
During the work the students were 
divided into two groups: the first group of students held a practical lesson, where 
the following methods of pedagogical training were used: Method of "hot chair". 
The technique of selling is as follows: all the participants sit down in the outer

circle. In the inner circle there are 4-5 chairs. These places will be taken by those 
participants who will begin the conversation. At the same time, one chair remains 
vacant - a "hot chair". All participants were asked the following question: 
Syndromes of impaired consciousness. Participants of the inner circle began to 
express themselves. Someone from the participants in the outer circle could also 
join in the conversation, if they move from the outer circle to the inner circle. Then 
he will take a "hot chair". At the same time, one of the participants in the 
conversation should leave the inner circle and go to the outer circle, thereby 
freeing up their place. This place becomes a "hot chair". The second group of 
students held a practical lesson using an interactive method - moderation is the 
direction of the discussion process, collecting and summarizing all opinions, 
summarizing the discussion on the basis of pedagogically significant conclusions. 
The art of the moderator is precisely the ability to draw conclusions, raising the 
individual experience of participants. Today, a number of authors identify 
moderation as an independent pedagogical technology (K. Klebert, A. V. Petrov, 
H. Haussman, E. Schroeder, V. Shtraub). One of the moderation methods was used 
- the "semantic field method" method. This method serves to narrow the problems 
of the selected topic. Participants are asked to fill in a pikbot with suggested blocks 
of questions: a proposal for solving the problem, unresolved issues, the expected 
resistance and the hypothesis of the problem.
