When using high level programming language, textbook is realized in the form of
software complex and defines standalone module that provides materials from information base.
This product will be protected from both distribution and unauthorized entry to testing system.
Main advantage of this approach is that the use of high level programming languages (Object
Pascal, C++) and database managing systems allows implementation of any author’s ideas.
Another technologies make this complicated or prohibit this in practice. Besides that, interface of
program will be permanent (type of window, layout of its elements, fonts), nowadays appearance
of documents with hypertexts may strongly differ depending on the program.
One of the topical issues of uninterrupted education system is creation electron
information-education resources (EIER). The software introduced in this article will be useful for
those users, who create electron information-education system in uninterrupted education
system.
EIE resources include electron textbooks, manuals, methodological instructions,
multimedia, reference books and dictionaries, hypertexts, electron tests and tasks, and resources,
that provide self-study and awake interest to study.
Recommended electron textbook allows “Student” to get familiarized with lectures, write
programs to recommended problems from collection of problems, edit programs that are already
written, get familiarized with solutions of these problems. After loading file of electron textbook,
user is allowed to choose the necessary section.
If user needs to get familiarized with lectures, he is be given the right to choose the
topics.Choosing the topic is executed by pointing at the topics with “mouse” and double clicking
on it. At this state, information related to chosen topic appears on the display. Scroll-bars allow
user to see the text fully.
The topic chosen by user initially takes different color (red) and list of all problems
related to chosen topic appears on the display.
Conclusion about correctness or incorrectness of chosen problem is executed by entering
the section “Problems solutions”. Here user is asked to enter the “topic of problem” and
“sequence number of problem”. Besides that, there is information about quantity of solved
problems
User, who wants to familiarize with the solution of problem, has possibility to see the
task and result in OS environment.
There are 17 recommended topics for users, who want to see the solution of problems or
to try to solve problems .
