Implementation of the research results: As a result of the study of the synthesis of heterocyclic amides from mono- and dicarboxylic acids and homoveratrylamine:
It was that introduced amides of dipicolinic and quinolic acids for the determination of heavy metal ions in water for injection: the degree of extraction of metals N², N³-bis(3,4-dimethoxyphenethyl) pyridine-2,3-dicarboxamide and N², N⁶-bis-(3,4- dimethoxyphenethyl) pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide was 5 and 7%, respectively, with respect to the standard solution (Reference JV LLC “Integra DD” No. 241 dated October 27, 2021). As a result, it was possible to control the standart dilution process with high accuracy in the detection of metal ions in the water for injection.
It was that found activity against Escherichia coli (gram negative bacteria) 3,4-dimethoxyphenethylamine-methyl-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4-oxo-7- (piperazin-1-yl) -1,4-dihydroquinolin-3-carboxylate synthesized on the basis of heterocyclic acids and 2-chloro-N-(3,4-dimethoxyphenethyl) acetamide (Reference JV LLC “Integra DD” No. 240 dated October 27, 2021). Its use as an antibacterial agent is proposed.
The structure and volume of the thesis. The structure of the dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of references and an appendix. The volume of the dissertation is 105 pages.
