There have been signed a land lease agreement between a tenant and a landlord. Under the contract, the landlord was required to lease his real property and residental house for a spicified period. According to term of years of the land lease contract landlord is required to lease for 5 years and the tenant pledged to pay a rent of 500 pound per annum.
After the contract was registered on the government’s Land Registr portal the lessee became entitled to conveyance. It was a concept that means that once the landlord offered a space for rent, a tenant has exclusive posession, and, withing the rules of the lease, can do whatever they want within the residental structure.
However, the landlord refused to unilaterally perform the contract and refused to hand over the keys to the property to the lessee. So the tenant became a injured party in this civil contractual relationship and was not able to carry out his easement.

According to the Civil Code of the Uzbekistan if the landlord fails to prove the fault of the tenant in the damage to the house, he should eliminate it himself.
In this case you will have to aplly to the District court for civil cases where your apartment is located. You must attach to the aplication the evidence that the tenant is guilty in the damage to the furniture.
In conclusion, If it is stipulated on the lease agreement the consequences of damaging to the flat by tenant you will be able to demand the harm to furniture. If it is not stipulate on the lease you are recommended to apply to the court.
