Tesla was founded in 2003 and currently considered one of the most innovative and green companies in the world.Tesla’s sales rapidly increased over the past two decades and there is opportunities to expand globally as countries urge to meet the requirements of the 2015 Paris Agreement.

But there are some threats on the way.Tesla needs to rethink about its new competitors and increase in house production of batteries in order to reduce its dependency on supply chain
