4. Impact of educational content on portfolio

An important additional condition for planning an appropriate portfolio along with the expansion of variables such as imagination, reality, and representation is the instruction (work) environment in which the instructor creates the portfolio. Many analysts (Brough 2004; Deer 2001; Logran and Corrigan 1995; Meyer and Tusin 1999; Shulman 1998; Quinlan 2002; Wade and Yarbrough 1996.) place great value on a collaborative atmosphere and persuasive interpersonal communication. The various stages of portfolio construction typically provide more opportunities for educators to obtain valuable data about portfolio planning, get information about their work, ask or receive guidance, and provide assistance. Two research questions were posed as part of follow-up observational reflection to expand the knowledge gained at the innovative meeting related to the observation of a professional foreign language teaching portfolio. (1) What kind of relationship did the teacher make with the destination and content? in your portfolio? 2) In the portfolio management process, what subjects did teachers choose, what topics, and at what level of professional reflection? Research has been designed and conducted to answer these research questions. The topics reflected the individual components of the question request. Three items were rated using a five-point Liketype scale ranging from 5 (strongly agree) to 1 (strongly disagree), and 6 items were published.



CONCLUSION.

The Teacher Portfolio serves to collect or document your professional background and experience as an educator, documenting what you embrace and how you teach in dialect teaching and learning.
