Conclusion

 

In the framework of this work, the main forms and types of communication, as well as some of its barriers, are considered. In view of the foregoing, several conclusions can be drawn.

An important role in the interaction of people is played by communication. Many factors depend on how well it is built: the effectiveness of negotiations, personal relationships, the degree of mutual understanding. Of all the organizational processes of communication, they occupy a pivotal place, since they underlie the life of the whole society.

A prerequisite for successful communication is the ability to speak and the ability to transmit information using the movements of the human body. In order to correctly understand the interlocutor, it is necessary to listen to him carefully , and he, in turn, must deliver the speech in such a way that it is understandable, simple and clear. With the help of maintaining the logic of utterance and good diction, it becomes possible to understand what the person wanted to say and what impact is on the interlocutor. An important role is played by poses , graphics , gestures, gaze, emotions. Non-verbal information conveys the interlocutor’s thoughts, his disposition to contact and mood.

Sometimes, barriers arise in speech that complicate the perception of the interlocutor. This is due to the different intellectual level and features of speech.

When considering the types and forms of communication, it becomes noticeable what important role they play. Everyone needs communication, and for it to be successful, it is necessary to follow the basic rules and be able to position the person you are talking to.

Communication permeates all areas of society. Without it, people would not be able to establish contacts with other people, receive education, exchange thoughts and experiences, and much more .
