Cola Company (Дзе Кока-Кола Компани) компаниясининг

The Organizer has the right to inform the Participants 
about such changes by making an announcement in a 
national newspaper chosen by the Organizer at its 
discretion, or only on the website

Announcement
”). 
Such an Announcement shall be sufficient to inform 
consumers about the cancellation, termination, 
extension, renewal or modification of the Promotional 
Offer and these Official Rules. 
SECTION 10. COCA-COLA COMPANY’S 
TRADEMARKS 
Nothing in these Official Rules should be interpreted 
as granting a Participant any right of ownership or 
profit through the use of the above trademarks of The 
Coca-Cola Company. Neither the provisions of the 
Official Rules nor participation in the Promotional 
Offer shall grant a Participant any rights to use or 
mention the name, logo, trademarks or copyrights of 
The Coca-Cola Company and the Organizer for 
marketing or advertising purposes, as well as for any 
other purposes unrelated to the Promotional Offer 
(without the prior written consent of The Coca-Cola 
Company. The Participant acknowledges and will 
never contest the validity of trademarks of The Coca-
Cola Company or the ownership of The Coca-Cola 
Company. 
In the event that the Participant violates the provisions 
on the trademark rights of The Coca-Cola Company,
