SECTION 5. APPLICATIONS AND CAPS 
5.1.
Each Prize will be awarded only to the 
Participant(s) 
whose 
application(s) 
is 
(are) 
accompanied by the presentation of genuine Caps in 
the combination(s) of the characters specified in 
paragraph 3.2. of Section 3. 
5.2.
The Organizer reserves the right to print, stamp, 
emboss or otherwise place one or more secret or 
hidden characters and/or secret codes and/or numbers 
and/or letters (hereinafter collectively referred to as 
“
Secret Code(s)
)”, which, when determined by the 
Organizer, confirm and determine the authenticity of 
the Cap presented by the Participant. In case of any 
dispute, the Organizer reserves the right not to disclose 
the Secret Code(s) until the last day specified for 
submission of applications in the Official Rules. By 
participating in this Promotional Offer, the 
Participants expressly agree that they cannot challenge 
in any way this right to non-disclosure. 
5.3.
Any Caps that have been forged, including, 
without limitation, any manipulation of the Cap(s), 
shall be invalid. 
5.4.
Any Caps that are illegible, distorted, altered, 
duplicated, forged, cut, torn, contain printed, 
typological or other errors, or have been obtained 
illegally, shall be invalid. The Organizer reserves the 
right to reject any claim that the Organizer considers 
fraudulent, or if the Organizer has good reason to 
believe so for any reason, including manufacturer's 
error. 
5.5.
The Organizer shall not bear any responsibility in 
connection with any disputes regarding the ownership 
of any Cap(s). A person who presents a Cap(s) to the 
Organizer or Organizer’s authorized representatives 
shall be considered to be a true owner of the Cap(s). 
5.6.
The Organizer is not obliged to provide any 
correspondence or give any explanations regarding the 
rejected applications.
