Step 2: Practice of third conditional (15 minutes) Objective: Students will be accurate when they use the third conditional.

Students are asked to rewrite some sentences about real situations into third conditional sentences. Here is the exercise:
Rewrite the sentences by using the third conditional to express regrets.

e.g: Suzi didn’t take her umbrella, so she got wet
If Suzi had taken her umbrella, she would not have got wet. 1- We didn’t have breakfast, so we were hungry.
