Learning strategies are methods developed by experts to improve your overall studying ability

1. Learning management system
These are designed for application throughout an organization. They help in vital areas like continuous learning, skills and knowledge upgrade, and soft skills development. They benefit employees to improve their performance, bridge knowledge gaps and increase competitiveness.
2. Individual learning program
Such programs focus on individual strengths and weaknesses of employees as assessed by HR leaders. They offer learning plans that improve employees' abilities in their chosen fields, or in areas assigned by employers.
3. Data-based learning strategy
This strategy uses data to design programs that improve corporate and employee performance. Many types of data—ranging from employee appraisal charts and sales figures to company turnover and competitor data—are used in this strategy to produce desired results.
4. Learning through interaction
This strategy promotes continuous meaningful interactions between teams and departments in an organization. It is implemented through means like talks, discussions, contests and collaborative activities. An interactive strategy creates better understanding and knowledge about employees' functions and builds a harmonious workplace.
