Implementation of the research results 
Scientific results on the development of students' projecting culture through 
computer technologies: 
recommendations on the development of design culture through computer 
technologies were introduced into the State Educational Standard of Bachelor's 
Degree 5110700 – Informatics Teaching Methodology approved by the order of the 
Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education as of March 10, 2014 № 
84. (Approved on the basis of the decision of the Agency of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan «Uzstandard» as of February 26, 2014 and registered under the state 
registration number Uz.DSt36.1357). As a result the content of educational 
disciplines was updated; 
educational technologies «Virtual Pedagogical Album», «Virtual Map», 
«Coding of Movements», aimed at expanding the pedagogical capacities of 
students to develop the design culture in the course of teaching «Information 
Technologies in Education», «Computer Graphics», «Techniques of teaching 
Computer Science and Design» at higher educational institutions have been 
developed; the statistical objectivity of the monitoring system, which determines 
the effectiveness of students' development culture, is enhanced through «3DMax», 
«CorelDraw», «Adobe Photoshop», «AutoCAD», «iSpring» and «Microsoft

Office» programs; scientific-methodical recommendations on the impact of project 
culture on the individual's development in modern contexts have been elaborated 
for the development of students' project culture based on a differentiated approach 
through computer technology; intellectual, professional, moral and ethical qualities 
of future teachers through the culture of designing, pedagogical support, stages and 
evaluation criteria of pedagogical activities (the MHSSE's reference note № 89-03-
2268 as of October 9, 2017) have been improved. As a result, students of higher 
pedagogical educational institutions are encouraged to develop design culture using 
computer technology. 
Research material was used under practical plan of the scientific-research 
work of the Tashkent State Pedagogical University ЁА-1-26: «Creation of 
electronic methodical complex on the subject «Vocational educational 
methodology» (2016-2017). (TSPU Rector’s Order № 118-A as of February 28, 
2017) These proposals have contributed to the development projecting culture of 
students' through computer technology.
