INTRODUCTION (abstract of doctoral dissertation) 
 
Topicality and relevance of the theme of the dissertation. 
In the world 
more and more priority value is purchased a basis of development of a pedagogical 
thought as methodological basis of development of education, achievement in 
education and education, and also by researches of the problems requiring the 
solution. 
In the first years of independence came to a conclusion that "Our state 
widely applies the best international experience of training. First of all, directly in 
Uzbekistan creates high-quality conditions for education. In the 10-12th and 14-
16th centuries Maverennakhr's culture prospered, in many cities there were higher 
educational institutions and they were considered as scientific centers. Nowadays 
this tradition revives. Knowledge of our people, always directed to knowledge of 
the truth it is necessary to direct to development of world achievements in science, 
the equipment, technology, management and information

Thoughts of education and education of the Karakalpak people have begun to 
develop with ancient times and his historical traditions, views about education of 
youth developed in close connection with pedagogical thoughts of the people of 
Central Asia. As well as at other people, at the Karakalpak people a peculiar 
culture and educational traditions was also formed. Deep studying of a peculiar 
national culture and pedagogics of the Karakalpak people, their target use in 
education and education is an important task as, pedagogical experience of the past 
and today at skillful use allow further development of a pedagogical thought and 
improvement of an education system. Scientific studying of a thought of education 
and education of the Karakalpak people during the periods of the 50th years of the 
XX century and the beginning of the XXI century to systematize them and to 
analyze developments according to modern requirements is one of urgent tasks. 
With respect thereto, need studying and the analysis of pedagogical views about 
enhancement of pedagogical science in Karakalpakstan in days of independence 
carrying out research works on the solution of this urgent task require? 
This research is a dissertation research which serves search of the scientific 
decision and accomplishment of the tasks set by the Resolution No. 321 of Cabinet 
council of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 9, 2004 "About measures of 
implementation of the national state program of development of school education 
in 2004-2009", the Legal decision of Council of ministers of the Republic of 
Karakalpakstan No. 01-09/2-04/241 of April 9, 2010 "About a cooperation on 
upgrade of an education system and increase in efficiency of education and 
education on new high-quality level" also other standard legal documents 
concerning the sphere.
