THE MAIN CONTENTS OF THE DISSERTATION
In the introduction
is justified the relevance of the topic of the dissertation,
formulated
the goal and objectives, as well as a subject of study, described the
scientific novelty and the practical results of the study, the accuracy of the results
obtained, revealed their theoretical and practical importance,
set out the
implementation of research results. Also, was given an overview of international
research on the topic of the thesis.
In the first chapter of the research under the title of
«Theoretical and
methodological basis of preparation of education manager for innovative
activity in psychological science»
was presented
the theoretical analysis of
numerous studies on innovative activity of education manager management in
psychological science. According to the results of the analysis innovative activity
of education manager was highlighted as a special activity that requires special
training and is turned out to be inherently resulting of creative, creative search of
original, non-standard solutions to pedagogical problems, both by the manager of
education, together with like-minded people (collective). In this case, the product
of creative research resulted the new educational technologies, original educational
ideas, forms and methods of education, non-standard approach to management.
Accordingly, the result of innovation as a process of joint and creative work
can be seen in the growth of pedagogical competence of the manager and teacher,
the level
of their cultural background, thinking, outlook, authority, etc. However,
this process covers and provides the planning, organization, motivation and control
that are necessary for formulation and achievement of team goals. In the terms of
identifying specific, universally accepted criterion for assessing the effectiveness
of innovative activity of education manager is variable.
The most recognized
generalized criteria used for evaluation of innovative activity in education, are
novelty, optimality, efficiency, possibility of creative application in practice.
Manager of education should use psychological reserves, inherent in his
personality, in those administrative functions which he performs.
Disclosure of
these reserves is possible on the basis of analysis of general and specific features of
innovative activity of education manager, which appears to be,
primarily of
purposeful character, social and psychological system of interconnected structural
and functional components associated with management tasks, achievement of
new, original results in accordance with the primary objective. Education manager,
carrying out innovative activity, must be able to
carry a mobile and flexible
business communication with each subject of educational space, apply the
appropriate leadership style. Another important indicator of preparedness of
education manager for innovative activity is
the developed self-regulation, which
provides not only conscious organization of his activities with the help of some
tools, allocated for its optimization, but also mastery of conscious control of their
own motivation.
In the socio-psychological context, personal self-
regulation is an important
condition for the interactions of the individual with the social environment that
contributes to the dialectical unity of individual autonomy and its entry to a
