Feedback on a Trainer
I have been observing our trainers’ sessions during the training course for three weeks. During their sessions I tried to be attentive and be active. Our trainers’ every sessions were interesting, new, useful and I found out something new for myself.
Mr.Odil your methods of teaching is modern, well-planned and creative. During the sessions you used different activities and methodology. They were interactive and made us to work in team. The language you used is very clear and understandable.
You always give us clear instructions, explanations of the tasks and advices how we may use them in our work . You had a very good contact with every participant I think you chose right way and gave great attention to the detail of your every session: , classroom management, time-management interesting methods and so on. You always chose right and appropriate words and expressions that are easy to follow.
You created a friendly atmosphere in the classroom with your “ Community building “ session . organized group-discussion to all requirements. All participants were involved in debate to solve some important issues , prepared different handouts for all the activities effectively. I can say that your session shows how much you have developed as a teacher trainer.
I want to say that I really enjoy your classes and every time found something new. All methods you used for giving instructions were very useful. I would like to note that the methods you used for giving instructions were very useful. I hope to use the gained skills and experience in practice.
I wish you good luck in your future development both as trainer and teacher.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session participants will:
 have learned the aims of microteaching
 have established microteaching procedure and components
Key Learning Points
 Microteaching enables teachers to try out new things in safe environment
 Microteaching gives an opportunity to learn from peers and get professional support
Preparation: The day before ask teachers to bring textbooks and Teacher’s Guides (Fly High or English Matters). Prepare a poster with empty Timetable for Microteaching.
Note: Although microteaching will be at the end of the course the session will give teachers an opportunity to start thinking about microteaching over the weekend.
