Annotation. This article explores the issue of visual approach, which is now a new 

concept in the methodology of teaching literature.  It analyzes the importance of a visual 

approach to a work of fiction.  It explores the role of visual materials in the lyrics of the famous 

Uzbek poet M. Yusuf.  

Significant comments are made on the study of M. Yusuf's poems on the basis of visual 

approach. This article provides a brief overview of some of the most pressing issues in literary 

education today. 

The author of the article observes the importance of the visual approach by analyzing 

some of the poems and summarizes their ideas.
