Introduction
Today, more than ever, the role of educational technology in teaching is of great importance because of the use of information and communication technologies. With the help of various applications for distance education, the Internet, teachers, and students themselves, they see the advantage of educational technology. The question is whether schools and teachers themselves are ready for the use of technology in education and whether they are aware of its benefits? In this paper, we try to give an overview of the importance and use of educational technology in the classroom.
The actuality of the theme of the course work: The importance of using educational technologies in teaching is increasing day by day because it helps today’s teachers to integrate new technologies and tools into their classroom. Teachers are able to upgrade and improve the learner-centeredness of their classroom. It enables teachers to engage their students in unique, innovative, and equitable ways. Teachers are also able to expand their network and connect with other teachers and educators nationally and globally. Indeed educational technologies helps teachers to attract pupils' attention , to analyse learners' interests , talents and to organise the lesson effectively and fruitfully in general . So l define what educatinal technologies are. What kind of function do they fulfil in class.
Educational Technology is the field of study that investigates the process of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the instructional environment, learning materials, learners, and the learning process in order to improve teaching and learning. That's why a large number of teachers use educational technologies in their career. Many teachers pursue a Master’s degree in Educational Technology because they want to improve their use of educational technology—they want to learn how to more effectively integrate the use of 1:1 devices, or how to teach in a hybrid or fully online setting, or how to improve student engagement and achievement with technology. Not only do they learn all of these skills and more, they also learn how to integrate research-supported strategies to improve their teaching and how to coach their peers to do the same. Educational technology can definitely help teachers do a better job, not replace them. Thus, teachers don't have to worry about the way technology is revolutionizing the field of education. As schools and teachers continue adopting a growing number of tech solutions and software development tools, it’s important to consider new trends in education and how students learn. Like other sectors in today's society, the field of education should be updated with the latest technologies to meet student's needs.
As based on the official resolutions like "The educational process, higher education curricula and programs are new widespread introduction of pedagogical technologies and teaching methods ... ”1 is emphasized. This is the quality of the scientific and educational process based on innovation and the introduction of modern educational technologies leads to improvement.
