“Gidroslyuda and montmorillonite modification forms based on drilling solutions stabilization and coagulation research to do”
DISSERTATION ANNOTATION
The relevance of the master’s dissertation topic: is local raw materials and waste based on drilling solutions modified content Create at the expense of oil and gas drilling work efficiency increase.
The purpose of the study: Preparation of modified drilling fluids based on local hydroslide - montmorillonite gills and water-soluble polyelectrolytes and study of colloidal chemical properties.
The study:
- To study the mineralogical and physicochemical properties of bentonite from the Dautash deposit. - Stabilization and stabilization of hydraulic and montmorillonite suspensions with water-soluble polyelectrolytes.
- implementation of developed drilling fluids.
Research: bentonite of Dautash and Navbahor deposits, K-4, nitron fiber waste, Na-Carboxymethylcellulose. K-K-9, Surfactant.
Subject of research: stabilization of bentonite slurry from the new Dautash deposit with water-soluble polyelectrolytes and study of colloidal chemical properties of the obtained drilling mud.
Scientific novelty:
- To study the mineralogical and colloidal chemical properties (composition, density, viscosity, filtration, pH, stability) of montmorillonite clay from the Dautash deposit.
- Stabilization of bentonite slurry suspension with water-soluble polyelectrolytes.
- Stabilization of Navbahor bentonite-based suspension with a new polyelectrolyte and study of colloidal chemical properties (viscosity, filtration, rheology).
- Anionic surfactant and carboxymethylcellulose (KMS) obtained from soapstock, a secondary raw material for the oil and gas industry, have been found to be "synergistic".
- Preparation of drilling mud on the basis of montmorillonite smelter from the deposit "Dautash" and comparison with hydraulic drilling mud.
Work structure: The dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. The volume of the dissertation is 82 pages. Published 1 scientific article and 1 thesis on the topic of the dissertation.
