Written Affirmations
The second technique you can use to keep your mind positive and to achieve
your goals faster, is to write out your goals in the form of affirmations on 3 × 5
index cards. Write them in large black letters, and then read and reread the cards
several times each day, reciting the affirmation to yourself each time.
This and every other method or technique that you use to convince yourself
that your goal is achievable will also help to build your self-esteem and self-
confidence. This attitude or belief will cause you to take the specific actions that
will eventually make your goals a reality.
