The purpose of the work is toillustrate the importance and necessity of understanding CLT approach, based on reflections of English language teaching experience. The work provides opportunities to integrate current knowledge and beliefs of language teaching and learning with new approaches and methods which were gained during the course. In this project work I try to explore some effective ways of teaching vocabulary and speaking in the ESP classroom, by expressing new ways of understanding language teaching, lesson design, classroom observation, types of assessment and role of feedback.
