The bar chart illustrates the number of car journeys into the city made by the residents and non- residents over ten years at period. In 1996 the average number of journeys was under 10.000 were made by residents in per day and stable over the next 4 years at that time,while the number made by the non -residents was decreasing over three years.the introduction of barking meters at the beginning of 200 for residents fall dramatically but stable for non- residents . In 2003 the number for residents and nonresident fall significantly at that Time same sequence of number to Westgate Street and park lane. The graph clarifying to us the impact on residents and nonresident one the year .
