Summary of learning activity
In this activity I have started by defining tests, assessment and evaluation. I have
also described the various types of tests, their limitations and strengths and the
properties of a “good” test. The different ways of grading and recording the re-
sults from assessments has been explained as well as the categories of evaluation.
Lastly, the application of assessment and evaluation in teaching and learning has
been discussed.
