Administrator: 

The role of the administrator is to manage the e-learning course, 

engage with  participants on their learning schedule, and implement 

a rapid evaluation. The rapid evaluation will look into the degree to 

which participants find the training favorable, engaging, and relevant 

to their actual work spaces.
