Role of Lecturers: 

The role of the Lecturers is to share information and knowledge from 

the work of Korea and to respond to participants‘ questions, promote 

discussions on the e-learning course, prepare quizzes (to enable 

interactive sessions) on different subjects in the e-learning course, 

provide guidance and comments on the participants‘ country report 

and action plan activities.  . The learning evaluation is closely linked 

to the degree to which the participants acquire the intended 

knowledge, skills, attitude, confidence, and commitment based on 

their participation in the training. The behavior evaluation is closely 

linked to the degree to which the participants apply what they learn 

during the training when they are back on the job
