To carry out the research study the following steps are used:

  • Questionnaire – is held to identify the role of teaching writing poems unanimously to young learners.

  • Observation– is carried out to acquire how teaching methods of writing poems

are being used to teach English to the third course students. Investigator will

be able to get informed what are the characteristics of the chosen subjects and their background knowledge.



  • Experiment – is held to practice the teaching methods of poem in EFL and illustrate the effectiveness of them.

  • Comparison and analytic researchers – are held about to compare the results of teaching poems in English through the suggested methods which researcher used for weak assimilated units and to analyze the effectiveness of these methods usage.

A.Subjects

The subjects of research were the students of EFL classes. It is arranged to conduct a specific study with one group of subjects in the purpose of the collection of necessary data and to achieve the aforementioned goals of the research. The subjects of study will be the learners of the third course in the English language the first faculty. The facility of this class is astonishing because the class was provided with nearly all essential teaching aids, materials and technical units by Ministry of Higher Education of Uzbekistan. The group consisted of 12 students. Their ages were 22-25. The researcher had lessons with them twice a week. In this group there were nine female and three male learners (The list of the group will be given in the other part of the work). The researcher had observed and conducted a lesson in the third year students Reading and Writing, Stylistics lessons in group 315. The teacher of the courses was Sultonova Nigora.



Students participate in the questionnaire and shared their experiments and thought. The table below specify the students based on gender, age and native language:
