The more beautiful the speech, the more it attracts people to itself. People have been interested in this issue since ancient times. In ancient Greece and Rome, the theoretical basis of the culture of speech was created. Public speaking is raised to the level of art. They had to master the art of speaking in order to become a mature person. Language and culture of speech
When it is called the culture of the language, it is understood that it is rich in vocabulary, the degree of development and enrichment of the syntactic, the sharpness of the word meanings, the colorfulness of the colloquial tone. The culture of speech is the sum and system of its communicative qualities, which the culture of language depends on various conditions, such as non-torture in language activities, the meaningful function and possibility of the text.

Reading is the communication of the reader with the author, images of the work through written speech. Thanks to the reading, the reader will be aware of the events that are reflected in his written speech, in the influence of which there will be some kind of change in behavior. Reading is the most important way to get information. A person goes to spiritual maturity by reading.
