SPECIFIC FEATURES OF INDIVIDUAL PREVENTION, THE ROLE IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Annotation: In various spheres of public life, the human factor is paramount, especially in it, the protection of the rights of minors, the development of their scientific, creative, intellectual potential is considered one of the main tasks. At the same time, the increase in the number of juvenile delinquencies and the prevalence of deviant behavior among adolescents require that all institutions of society work together as a system in the field of crime prevention. As a specific subject of this system, secondary schools are not only the main source of education in society, but also a means of crime prevention. The article examines the role and importance of secondary schools in juvenile delinquency prevention.
Аннотация: В различных сферах общественной жизни человеческий фактор имеет первостепенное значение, особенно в ней одной из главных задач считается защита прав несовершеннолетних, развитие их научного, творческого, интеллектуального потенциала. В то же время рост числа правонарушений несовершеннолетних и распространенность девиантного поведения среди подростков требуют совместной работы всех институтов общества как системы в сфере профилактики правонарушений. Как специфический субъект этой системы общеобразовательная школа является не только основным источником образования в обществе, но и средством профилактики правонарушений. В статье рассматривается роль и значение общеобразовательной школы в профилактике правонарушений несовершеннолетних.
Annotasiya: Jamiyat hayotining turli sohalarida inson omili ustun hisoblanadi, ayniqsa, unda voyaga yetmaganlarning haq-huquqlarini himoya qilish, ularning ilmiy, ijodiy, intellektual salohiyatini yuksaltirishga asosiy vazifalardan biri sifatida qaraladi. Shu bilan birgalikda, voyaga yetmaganlar tomonidan sodir etiladigan huquqbuzarliklar sonining ortishi, o‘smirlar o‘rtasida deviant xulqning ommalashuvi kabi holatlar huquqbuzarlik profilaktikasi masalasida jamiyatning barcha institutlari tizim sifatida o‘zaro hamkorlikda faoliyat olib borishini taqozo etmoqda. Ushbu tizimning o‘ziga xos subyekti sifatida umumta‘lim maktablari jamiyatdagi asosiy ta‘lim-tarbiya manbai bo‘lib qolmay, huquqbuzarlik profilaktikasi vositasi ham sanaladi. Maqolada voyaga yetmaganlar huquqbuzarligi profilaktikasi borasida umumta‘lim maktablarining o‘rni va ahamiyati o‘rganib tahlil qilinadi.

Introduction. Our state has raised the issue of youth to the level of state policy, and today it is fully implementing reforms in the field of youth. In addition to comprehensive support for young people, ensuring their rights and freedoms, and improving youth legislation, the prevention of juvenile delinquency is also a topical issue. Determining the causes of violations, not the consequences, is the key to improving the effectiveness of prevention.
