Some people believe that youngsters commit serious crimes must receive the same punishment as grown-ups. Although this approach to the young offenders seems somewhat beneficial, I am of the opinion that they deserve the second chance and the power of forgiveness.

To being with, governments should same punishments to resemble crimes regardless of age. First and foremost, if the punishment is the same for both young people and adults, it will reduce many youth crimes. in addition, it is equal to all oppressors to be punished the resemble way. The fact shows that if governments light punishment, young people may take crime as a normal thigs. Such as in some countries the law about murder is different between youngsters aged under 18 and adult. This affects negatively on the country’s future.

On the other hand, there are some to reasons give the different penalties on different age groups. Firstly, young people are not enough to aware what they do is legal or illegal. Young offenders are not fully developed mentally and emotionally.Therefore, the best solution to limit young offenders is to provide them whith a better education. for instance, if young people has good condition for development, they will avoid bad behavior. If government punishment juvenile, to them should be send to correctional colonies. the Government give a chence to them for rehabilitation.

In conclusion, in my opinion the government should give to young offenders a second chance. because they can realize their mistakes and start their new lives.
