Section-20 NOTICES, REQUESTS

1. 
   Any notice or request required to be given or made under this Agreement to either Party shall be in writing and may be given by telex or letter sent by international courier with acknowledgment or receipt or telefax. Such notice or request shall be deemed to have been duly given or made when it shall be delivered by hand, mail, cable, telex or telefax to the address to which it is required or permitted to be given or made to such Party at its address specified in Section 20.2 hereof or at such other address which such addressee shall have been designated by notice to the Party giving such notice or making such request.

Section-21 CONFIDENTIALITY

Each of the Parties will at all times during the continuance of this Agreement and thereafter keep confidential the terms and conditions of this Agreement and information acquired for approval purposes and in consequence of this Agreement except for information which either of them may be bound to disclose under compulsion of law, regulations, rules and procedures, to their professional advisers where reasonably necessary for the performance of their professional services, or to counterparties where necessary for approval purpose or carrying into effect of the purposes of this Agreement or to their permitted assignees on a need-to-know basis, provided that this obligation to maintain confidentiality shall not apply in relation to any information once that information has entered the public domain otherwise than in breach of this Agreement. All third parties to whom confidential information is disclosed as permitted by this Section shall be informed of the confidential nature of the information so disclosed and be obliged to keep such information confidential.
