Geoffrey Whitehead – British actor who starred in Sherlock
Holmes and Doctor Watson, a 1982 Polish series masterminded by
Sheldon Reynolds, director of the 1954 French series with
Ronald Howard. Most of the 22 episodes were original
stories and, like the 1954 series, it has never been shown in the
UK.
Paxton Whitehead – American actor who appeared in The
Crucifer of Blood, a stage play by Paul Giovanni (based in part on
The Sign of Four). Appearing briefly in the Studio Arena Theater,
Buffalo in January, its Broadway life began on 28 September
when it opened at the Helen Hayes Theater, New York.
