  Bring money for Tuesday lunch and dinner as well as Sunday dinner and Monday Lunch.
  
• 
  Bring Money for time-trials, if that is part of your meet. $10 cash for each swim.
  
• 
  Prepare for the weather- Extreme heat, sunblock, mirrored goggles, hats, and a water bottle. Tents will be provided.
  
• 
  Put all swimming gear in your carry on swim bag- tech suit, goggles, paddles buoy etc.
  
• 
  Team travel can cause extra stress- hydration throughout; stretching in the airport, on the plane, and after is essential. Pillows, head phones, compression socks, sunglasses, etc. are all good ways to enhance peak performance and limit stress.
  
• 
  Prepare yourself for any specific food and medical needs before departing. Extra inhaler, allergy meds, etc.
  
• 
  Be prepared to wear FAST team gear only throughout the meet.
  
• 
  All swimmers will attend finals and will swim at finals.
