The competitive advantage of the services offered by the tourism enterprise can be
achieved only by increasing the capacity of the staff through the competence of each

The National Program for Training Qualified Personnel in the Field of Tourism
and Further Enhancing the Capacity of Uzbek Tourism is a key normative document.
One of the measures to ensure the implementation of the program is the development
and implementation of effective mechanisms for the integration of education with
science and industry, which will be an important factor in improving the quality of
education. The system of training has been radically reformed and is fulfilling a number
of tasks as a basis for the management methodology of higher education.
Under this program, an action plan has been developed for the effective use of the
experience gained by foreign countries, as well as such experience and tests in our
country. At the same time, methods and principles of personnel management have been
developed. In foreign countries, such as the United States, France, the United Kingdom,
and Japan, which are the first countries in the world in terms of the number of tourists,
are being studied.
Of course, based on the experience of developed countries, the demand for
personnel in the field of tourism is growing. Currently, positive and negative results are
being obtained on the basis of these approaches. Undoubtedly, such requirements will
