The nature of human resource management should determine the effectiveness of the
business and the achievements of its individual members. This should take into account
the spiritual environment and the unsatisfactory benefits of labor. The prudent policy of
the personnel management service has a positive effect on the behavior, skills and
efficiency of the enterprise.
Although there are currently more than 100 professionals in the tourism sector,
the demand for various specialists in this field has not been met.
In the age of technology, the development of Internet and computer technologies
requires that employees working in the field of tourism have a thorough knowledge of
the field and achieve new results in their work, develop new booking systems and use
them in innovative technologies.
In the long-term perspective of tourism enterprises, there is a growing focus on
increasing the efficiency of using employees as the main business strategy. Much has
been written in recent years about labor-related processes, the challenges they face, and
their rights and future.
The strategy of selection and placement of personnel, the strategy of training,
retraining and advanced training, as well as the strategy of motivation of employees are
one of the important strategies of enterprises.
It is advisable to use a comprehensive system of staff development in tourism
enterprises, as it provides the following opportunities:
- organization of constant control over the quality and qualification level of employees,
creation of a database on their composition and qualifications;
-training of employees during the entire period of employment;
-education - creation of methodical materials and their rational use;
-selection of personnel and planning of their movement;
-preparation of necessary information on the basis of personnel quality assessment for
the adoption of sound management laws on personnel issues;
-advise them on career advancement;
As a way to increase the competitiveness of tourism services, it is necessary to
develop a project for the optimal selection of personnel in tourism enterprises. In this
project, it is necessary to form a job profile, ie a set of requirements for the recruitment
of new employees, which should clearly indicate the required knowledge, skills,
experience and competencies.
Selection of employees in tourism enterprises is carried out in the following
order.
- By studying the personal documents of the candidate;
- Analysis of the candidate's photo;
- Offer to write an essay on the work of tourism enterprises;
- The first interview;
