participation of enterprises in the system of specialized education, advanced 
training and retraining of personnel. The organization of network cooperation between 
the enterprise and the universities will be able to raise highly qualified specialists in 
their field for mechanical engineering enterprises, capable of further training. 
Despite the positive dynamics of growth in the machine-building industry in 
recent years, many issues remain unresolved. The state should stimulate enterprises to 
increase their level of competitiveness and provide state-owned enterprises with 
updated equipment and highly qualified personnel. This will allow Ukrainian 
enterprises to reduce material costs of production and improve product quality, as well 
as strengthen their positions in the world market in the face of technological changes 
in the global economy.
