partners. Another area of cooperation could be the processing of cotton fiber and
primary aluminum, for which the Government of Tajikistan adopted special programs
for the development of these sectors and provided additional benefits to investors. The
Government of Tajikistan supports the well-grounded proposal of Indian investors for
cooperation in this area.
Another priority area of cooperation could be the creation and development of
joint ventures in the food, textile, construction and agricultural sectors. As part of joint
ventures, we can implement investment projects in various fields. The rapid
development of the construction process of energy and infrastructure facilities, the
expansion of construction of residential buildings in the country requires an increase
in the production of building materials. Fortunately, the country has many natural
resources that can be used in the construction industry. Cooperation with India in this
area also has special economic and trade interests.
It is necessary to conclude short-term contracts with India and indicate in the
contract that 50% of the shares will come from the budget of Tajikistan, and

the interests of both countries, contributes to the enrichment of the consumer market
and plays an important role in improving the well-being of the peoples of the two
countries, the region and the world.
