Write a reflection about the works that you have done during this study practice focusing on the following questions:
1.What is the success and failure of the pack “Kid’s English”? (40-50 words)

______Education of Uzbekistan is improving year by year. Many advanced methods are created and put into practice. The teaching program "Kid's English" is a such kind of improvement in this sphere. The books consist of teacher's book and pupil's book so with a help of teacher's book educator have a chance to make the process more fascinatingly owing to plenty of activities in the book. Furthermore, the book of "Kid's English" encompasses video and audio lessons so all of them favours pupil's listening ability to increase and upgrade. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

2. What did you learn during the study practice? (40-50 words)

____in the pracical period I have learnt how to work with pupils affectively and eliminate stress and exciting which extremely interrupts to the teacher's confidence . I have comprehended that I should go on doing research afterwards I will be able to answer to all my inquisitive learner's questions. 3. What problems have you faced while playing the role of the teacher in primary classes? (40-50 words)

_____Owing to having not enough experience in teaching I encountered with some complications. First and foremost primary pupils are quite playful and their attention is easily destroyed, clearly they are bored from the lessons quickly. My pupils were like that and at my first attempts I had to deviate my lesson plan. Eventually second problem appeared that I lost time management. Fortunately, I expelled these imperfections. ______________________________________________________________________________________

4. In what way has knowledge and skills increased while the study practice? (40-50 words)

____Practice helped me to figure out and show my weak points, I faced with difficulties which I may have encountered in the future. In addition, teachers' methods in the school were real example how to create friendly teaching atmosphere and arouse interest in learners. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

_____My four skills were satisfying but when it comes to teaching process listening was a bit arduous and confusing part. During the lessons my most pupils came across with this difficulty. I desired to give tips to do listening well, however, nearly I didn't know the ways to improve this weakness. All other parts were funny and exciting especially speaking, reading skills and pronunciation aspect, my pupils were learning them with great enthusiasm. ____________________________________________________________________________________

___________Honestly, at the beginning i was incompetence teacher: while the lesson most pupils didn't pay attention to my words, they made noise I couldn't control them. But after hearing feedbacks from observing teacher me I tried to fix my errors. Firstly I focused on eye contact with the class, furthermore, I created and added some funny activities, and rewards for winners, so day by day I become a good teacher and observer stated that she felt noticeable increase in me as a prospective teacher especially comparing my first and next lessons _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
