INTRODUCTION
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Karimov I.A. has noted, that “only that country, that nation can have the great future, prosperity so well-being which will be able to train knowledgeable, professionally competent so vigorous personalities, the true patriots of their country, so to enrich them with the great spiritual heritage of the national culture so adhere them to treasures of the world science so culture”.¹
The National Program of Personnel Training is built on this conceptual principle. In this program the strategy of the country in education of new generation with high general so professional culture, creative so social activity, so skills to solve problems independently is stated as a priority.
Our president pointed out that the young generation has to acquire the knowledge collected by the world civilization², but it is obvious that without the knowledge of foreign languages this will not be possible.
English is becoming more so more popular in Uzbekistan as most of the scientific, technological so academic information in the world is presented in English.
Nowadays English is worth not just knowing but it is worth really knowing. We do not live behind the "iron curtain" any more. There is a great importance to understso up-to-date English. English is the chief language of international business so academic conferences, so the leading language of international tourism. English is the main language of popular music, advertising, home computers so video games. Most of the scientific, technological so academic information in the world is expressed in English. International communication expends very fast.
It is our task to prepare so teach professionally competent so energetic personnel, real patriots to see them in the world depository of science so culture. In this plan the notional program about training personnel was worked out on the formation of new generation of specialist. “With the high common so professionally culture, creative so social activity, with the ability to orientate in the social so political life independently, capable to raise so solve the problems to the perspective”
