This brochure contains information about the work of the great fakih 
(jurist), philosopher, logician, linguist, poet and hadith scholar Kaffal ash- 
Shashi, who lived and worked in the 10th century AD. In her, in principle, 
were analyzed his fikhi (religious-legal) works. The pamphlet also narrates 
that the scholar eliminated a great threat to the people of the Arabian 
Caliphate through his diplomatic mission, and that the M us’hafi the Caliph 
Usman was brought to our country.
