Directs the work of the reservations manager, assistant FOM, and PBX manager and enables them to consistently provide
exemplary service for guests and resolve problems encountered by guests.
•
Oversees all administrative tasks regarding the front office.
•
Analyzes operating costs and coordinates development of the department’s operating budget.
•
Works with managers to determine, plan, and implement necessary training for subordinate personnel.
•
Determines reports to be generated and assists in data analysis and revenue management decision making.
•
Monitors and follows through on all group needs and demands. (Works closely with housekeeping, engineering,
catering, and convention services staff.)
•
Maintains documentation of and billing for guestroom relocations.
•
Assumes manager-on-duty coverage in absence of the general manager.
