1. Getting up early 
 
Why do people get up early? 
 
People get up early to make the most of their day. It allows them to fully prepare for what's 
ahead for the day they may want to exercise before starting their day, or perhaps it will allow 
them time to have a healthy breakfast and prepare a lunch to have later in the day if it is a 
workday, it may also give them the opportunity to catch up on things that they haven't had a 
chance to finish before their day but getting up early really allows you the chance to set 
yourself up well for the day ahead. 
Is morning the best time of the day? 
I believe that morning is the best time of the day because it gives you a sense of opportunity, 
and you realize that there's quite a bit of time ahead that you have to accomplish your goals 
or to get things done that you might have to get done so I think there's a really wonderful 
sense of possibility and opportunity in the morning. 
On what occasions should people come early? 
People should arrive early for things like medical appointments with friends or family 
members or any type of event that people expect them to be there at a certain time. It would 
be appropriate and polite to show up a bit early. 
What are the advantages of coming early to an appointment? 
Coming early to an appointment can mean that you might be seen before other people. It 
might mean that you have to wait less time because they'll be able to see you earlier. It 
avoids the opposite of you knowing that if you arrive late, you may have to wait a long time 
because you may have missed your appointment time. 
Do young people in your country stay up late at night? 
Yes, young people in my country absolutely love to stay up late they feel that the night is the 
best time it's the time that they're most social it's when they go out to parties and bars and 
hang out with friends and so yes there's quite a lively nightlife scene in my country, so people
really do enjoy staying up late.
