8. Making decisions
 
Which do you think is better to make decisions quickly or slowly? 
I think the speed with which you make decisions is really going to be dependent on the 
situation so, in general, I think it's better just to make a decision slowly if you have the time to 
do so because this can really give you the ability to take some time and consider the options 
to make a good and well-informed decision however if you're in a situation that requires a 
very immediate action then the ability to make a snap decision is also crucial. 
Are men better at decision-making in a family or women? 
I don't think there is a standard answer to this question I think both men and women can be 
very good at decision-making, and it really doesn't matter if it's the man or the woman that 
really just depends on what the decision is how well-informed they are and the message 
which they decide to proceed. 
Why do middle-aged people tend to second guess their own decisions?
I think middle-aged people probably tend to second guess their decisions more than young 
people because they have a wider range of experiences to draw from when they're thinking 
about how their decisions will impact them on so they may have made decisions in the past 
that worked out very well, or they may have made decisions in the past that impacted them 
negatively somehow so when they make a decision they may be thinking about those times 
that it worked out and didn't work out so they may be second-guessing themselves.

9. Sports 
 
How can governments encourage people to do sports? 
 
If the government can encourage people to do sports by having incentive programs so for 
example, if you can show that you have gone jogging three days a week every week for the 
entire year perhaps, they can offer you some sort of gift or prize, people are often very 
motivated by competition, so perhaps there could be sort of a nationwide
